Alternative Dispute Resolution:
- We also represent clients at forums of alternative dispute resolution, e.g. various tribunals, commissions, mediation and arbitration.
- Also, we offer independent Mediation services and serve on several panels for mediators, including the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa and the Association of Arbitrators.
