SchoemanLaw Inc. was founded in 2007 by our Managing Director—at just 24 years old. What began as a bold leap of faith in Cape Town has grown into a dynamic legal practice rooted in empowerment, innovation, and integrity.

From the very first days of university, a deep passion for the law took hold. That passion, combined with a belief that diversity drives economic growth and business excellence, shaped the foundation of our firm. It’s why our founder’s LLM thesis focused on B-BBEE and commercial law—and why our work continues to champion inclusive, forward-thinking legal solutions.
